Another Complete Failure Of Virginia State Police On Enforcement

Virginia...and in Every Other State
When you are behind these trailers ask yourself this.......Where Is Law Enforcement?

Here's a little project for you. The next time you're out and about take notice of the countless numbers of trailers being hauled daily on our roadways. Look closely and you'll see that many are improperly attached to the tow vehicle, don't have working lights, safety chains and are unacceptably maintained. Then ask yourself, why am I riding behind or next to this person trying to kill or injury me or my family?

Violations In Dinwiddie County

Note: Each and every one of these Utility Trailers has the potential to inflict harm onto other unsuspecting motorists.

PLEASE CLICK ON PICTURE TO GET FULL VIEW!

Picture of Company Vehicle

This is a double Axial Trailer and is over 3,000 GWR and it has an expired inspection sticker and questionable safety chains.

This trailer is made by the company who chooses to fight a law that costs them 8 dollars.
They also use questionable safety chains.... are they rated to stop this heavy of a trailer.
Safety chains have been know to just snap.

Don't want to get your vehicle inspected or pay a yearly fee just slap on a Farm Tag and anything goes. Again I question the hitch and all connections.

Overloaded trailer and tires show allot of stress

Again.. the safety chains have a break in the chain that was repaired poorly and the chains are not connected correctly.

Only one chain... and abused hitch...

Better view of the Safety Chain and Hitch...

Poor wires and again only one Safety Chain

Another View of questionable and unsafe trailer..

These Safety Chains are so compromised that they are not going to stop this trailer

Tires are not ST rated and have no tire tread on outer and inner tire.

Safety Chains are very poor... Wires are questionable

Look at these Safety Chains.. No hooks!!

To the leaders of Dinwiddie... you are putting every person who happens to be driving near or around these Utility Trailers in harms way.

This is totally unacceptable.
