is telling the police to look the other way?

This Trailer Is a double axial trailer it has no inspection and the breakaway cable
is not connected. Also the Safety Chains will not hold this over 3,000 GWR pound trailer

Pick up on Woodman Road
This Pick up has an expired inspection..... maybe he is waiting for the truck
to get 25 years old then he can go down to DMV and get an Antique Tag
and not have to bother getting this dangerous Pick up inspected.

This trailer is attached to the pick up with the expired inspection sticker.
No safety chains are attached and look at the angle of the trailer.

Note: Holmes Trailers is one of the Companies that fought the Reflector Tape Law in Virginia. They use a cheap reflector that falls off... The issue is.. it is not working so why not put the DOT Type C-2 Tape on the Trailer... Because it cost $8.00.

Trailer with broken Taillight... Note they shatter and they do not hold up well.

Another Holmes Trailer... Note.. look at the downward pressure the Trailer is overloaded and the breakaway cable is not connected.
