Trailer Violations Week Of January 11, 2009 Click on Picture To Get Full View

You can see the damage to the bumper... the trailer is overloaded and the hitch is being bent down by the weight. In addition this is a double Axel trailer in which it is required to be inspected every year. The inspection expired 10/08 what is worse is that this person is working for the County on Skipwith road. The battery back up needs to be checked because if the trailer comes loose...the back up breaks might not work.

Non Working Lights on Trailer... What condition is the trailer in?? It does not get inspected.

No pin in the hole.. No lights hooked up and once again the angle of the trailer is wrong.
No inspections.... No standards in place for any trailer under 3,000 pounds
