Weekly Violations Week Of January 18

NOTE: Click on picture to get full size image!

Lights are not working, objects in trailer blocking working lights on pick up but at least he has Reflector tape.

This company has a total disregard for trailer safety. I have over 10 pictures of this company and all have violations. No Safety Chain!!! Breakaway cable not connected!

No pin in the hole. Bumper is not rated to tow this trailer, chains are not hooked properly and the trailer is in deplorable condition.

This is Holmes Trailers idea of complying with the Reflector Tape law in Virginia. They are so cheep they put these two little reflectors on each end of the trailer. I have called numerous times about the quality of their product and never got a phone call back. The point is the DOT C-2 Tape from 3M company is simply the best and easiest way to comply with the law.

No Tape on back of trailer and in rain conditions you can see how hard it is to see this trailer.

This trailer has not been inspected since 2000!!! What is worse it was taken ONE BLOCK from the State Police Office On US 1... This is a total violation of Federal Standards.

Here is that Lawn Company Again... Expired Inspection Sticker... Hitch is starting to FAIL and no breakaway cable is hooked up and no pin in the hole.
