Every Trailer shown is a "Random Act Of Negligence"
These owners are putting the lives of everyone behind them at risk.

HENRICO County Dump Saturday August 28
Only One Chain... and Chains are not connected and ST Rated Tires not used.

A Better Picture of Offending Trailer No Safety Chains, Angle of Trailer is to high
N0 pin in the hitch.

Inspection is up to date...NOTICE the little wire in a roll next to the sticker?
That is the breakaway cable and it is not connected... so if this trailer comes off... it is not going to stop.

Our Inspection Stations are failing us.. because it passed but look at the Breakaway cable it is not even being used... and look at the chains....Do you expect these chains to hold a trailer that is over 3,000 pounds and will carry a load well over 5,000 pounds?

Home Depot in Virginia Center Area Renting trailers with Virginia Taged plates but
in violation of Virginia State Code.... no inspection sticker.

A blue Sticker that this trailer was inspected should be on this over 3,000 GWR trailer.

Look at the location in Mechanicsville...

Virginia Taged trailer... double axial trailer no inspection sticker
over 3,000 GWR

Over 3,000 GWR trailer no inspection sticker

Over 3,000 GWR Virginia Taged no inspection sticker

No Virginia Inspection on this over 3,000 GWR trailer

Yet another over 3,000 GWR trailer without no inspection

NO inspection on this over 3,000 GWR trailer

Clearly this hitch is going to fail eventually when they decide to tow again.

This trailer never gets inspected and look at the hitch no pin look at the safety chains a complete mess and it will never hold the trailer if it comes loose.

Same trailer look at the tire!!! You can see that it is not safe for the roadway.

Same trailer... look at the load it is hauling...with the bald tire and Safety Chains that are questionable.

Over 3,000 GWR trailer by lauderdale drive and it does not have an Inspection Sticker.

This company also is using a over 3,000 GWR trailer and it does not have an inspection sticker.

No inspection Sticker on this over 3,000 GWR trailer

No inspection sticker on this over 3,000 GWR trailer

Another improperly maintained trailer and angle of trailer is beyond basic safety levels.
In addition look at the tires used they are way too small for the use this is expected to be used for.

  4. Single axle trailers without brakes do NOT require inspections in Virginia. The two requirements that put trailers into a inspection class, #1 Gross carry weight of 3000 pounds or more, #2 any tandem axle trailer. so the picture showing 'Short Pump Heating & Air would not be required to have an inspection.

  5. This is why we have the nanny state, because a loud minority of people like you just can't leave well-enough alone. Nobody cares about bad trailer connections. Go help the homeless or something. Make a real difference if you're looking for fulfillment or meaning in your life.
